Dr. Kelly holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work and a Master of Criminal Justice, credentials that underpin his work with evidence-based research and a profound understanding of human systems.As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, a Christian Conciliator, and an expert in mediation and conflict resolution, Dr. Kelly has dedicated his professional life to the art of listening. His work in mental health therapy, restorative justice, and directing a faith-based homeless shelter has provided him with a profound insight into the human search for guidance amidst struggle.
